Rooted in Community. Guided by Compassion.
Bin Qutab Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving access to healthcare, education, professional training and sustainable livelihood opportunities, particularly for underserved communities.
Our principal healthcare institution, Begum Noor Memorial Hospital in Village Bhubhar, Chakwal, provides essential medical services closer to rural families. Bin Qutab College of Health Sciences helps young people prepare for meaningful careers, while Dastak Shifa Tak extends preventive care into communities.
We bring together professionals, donors, volunteers, institutions and local communities to create solutions that are practical, dignified and built to last.
2.2 · Our Story
From a Personal Promise to a Shared Mission
BQF’s journey began with a promise to ensure that rural families would not remain without timely, dependable healthcare.
Bin Qutab Foundation
Established in 2007, the Foundation created a formal platform through which a personal commitment could become sustainable public service.

2.3 · The Inspiration Behind BQF
A Mother’s Memory. A Lifelong Commitment.
In 1980, Muhammad Bashir Malik lost his mother, Begum Noor, when timely and adequate medical care was unavailable in their rural region. The experience left a lasting conviction: families should not face helplessness simply because quality healthcare is too far away.
That conviction eventually led to the establishment of Bin Qutab Foundation and to a hospital named in Begum Noor’s memory. What began in personal loss has grown into a collective mission sustained by family, friends, professionals, donors, partners and the communities it serves.

Weekly outpatient services begin in Village Bhubhar, Chakwal.

Hospital Services Expand
Begum Noor Memorial Hospital opens as a day hospital and progresses to three-shift service during the year.
